Shipping & Delivery Policy

genestrail provides DNA testing services across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Our trained experts visit customers at their location to collect DNA samples. We do not ship physical test kits directly to customers.

• After placing an order, our support team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule sample collection.
• Sample collection is usually completed within 2–3 business days depending on customer location and availability.
• Urgent requests may be handled on the same day (subject to availability).

• DNA test results are usually delivered within 7 business days after sample collection.
• Results are delivered to your registered email address. If requested, results can also be sent via WhatsApp or in printed hard copy by courier.

• Home sample collection within UAE is included in the service cost.
• Delivery of softcopy reports (email / WhatsApp) is free of charge.
